Before you thread steak cubes onto skewers, marinate in Lawry's Steak & Chop Marinade to add flavors of garlic, cracked black pepper and mustard.
SERVES: 8
PREP TIME: 30 Minutes
COOK TIME: 10 Minutes
Ingredients

2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
3/4 cup Lawry's Steak & Chop Marinade with Garlic & Cracker Black Pepper, divided
1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
1 large zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pint cherry tomatoes
skewers, soaked

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Place beef in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 1/2 cup of the marinade; turn to coat well. Reserve remaining marinade for brushing.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove beef from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread beef, onions, zucchini and tomatoes onto skewers.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade.
